我公司应某科研机构要求,近期推出一款实验设备,此设备尽可能去模拟了一个真空环境为7.5 x 10⁻⁸Pa的超高真空,2600℃的超高温的热场环境。 随着中国航天事业的不断发展,中国陆续实现了一系列重大的航天工程,而这些工程的突破,离不开 空间环境模拟设备的助力。星际空间中的真空度约为1.3 x10⁻¹¹Pa,因而卫星、运载火箭、飞船、星际 站都是在真空空间中飞行,需要一个模拟真空环境,来对这些飞行器所用材料进行实验验证。 除了真空环境,还有太阳辐射、各种带电粒子及温度的影响,这些因素都将造成材料性能变化。所 以,任重道远,科技研发无止境。上海全硕电炉有限公司将持续助力祖国航天事业。
In response to the request of a scientific research institution, our company recently launched an experimental equipment, which attempts to simulate an ultra high vacuum with a vacuum environment of 7.5 x 10⁻⁸Pa and ultra high temperature thermal field environment of 2600℃. With the continuous development of China s space industry, China has successively realized a series of major space projects, and these breakthroughs cannot be separated from the help of space environment simulation equipment. The vacuum degree in interstellar space is about 1.3x10 ⁻¹¹Pa, so satellites, launch vehicles, spacecraft, and interstellar stations are all flying in vacuum space, and a simulated vacuum environment is needed to carry out experimental verification of the materials used in these aircraft. In addition to the vacuum environment, there are also solar radiation, various charged particles and temperature effects, all of which will cause material properties to change.
